Swansea City are reportedly on the verge of completing the signing of FC Twente midfielder Hakim Ziyech.
Ziyech was outstanding for the Dutch outfit last season, scoring 17 goals and providing 12 assists from 33 Eredivisie appearances to help the club finish 13th in the table.
The Morocco international is said to be eager to leave this summer in order to play at a higher level and a switch to the Premier League could be on the cards.
Swansea, who managed to avoid relegation to the Championship following a slow start, are rumoured to be close to completing a deal and will announce the signature in the coming days.
The 23-year-old’s addition to the squad will provide some much-needed attacking threat after the side only managed 42 league goals in the recent campaign.
Ziyech’s imminent arrival could pave the way for Andre Ayew to leave the Liberty Stadium, with reports suggesting Sunderland are readying a big offer for the Ghana international.
The 26-year-old only joined from Marseille last summer but he has caught the eye of Black Cats boss Sam Allardyce.
