Dutch side Utrecht are reported to be closing in on Arsenal youngster Tafari Moore, who will sign on a season-long loan deal.
The full-back is a product of Arsenal’s academy after joining the club at the age of 12, having previously spent time with QPR. The 19-year-old has featured heavily for the Gunners’ under-21 side, while he has also impressed in the UEFA Youth League.
Moore was handed a new deal by the Gunners in January and is seen as a top prospect for the future at the Emirates, so a permanent deal is out of the question.
However, the defender is unlikely to get his chance soon at the Emirates and is now set to head out on-loan to gain some first-team experience.
The Arsenal man has been on trial with the Dutch club for the last few weeks and reports claim manager Erik ten Hag is ready to offer him a season-long loan deal.
