Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing up a summer move for Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel.
The 27-year-old has been in Russia since 2012 after joining from Benfica, but is desperate to secure a move to the Premier League when the transfer window opens.
He did sign a five-year contract, which runs until 2017, but Zenit are rumoured to be willing to allow the Belgium international leave for around the £20million mark.
Tottenham, who are second in the English top flight, are said to be keen on securing a move and would be ready to part with that amount of money.
Mauricio Pochettino already has a large Belgian contingent at White Hart Lane, with Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Mouse Dembele and Nacer Chadli, and a fifth player could be arriving in the summer.
