Boss Arsene Wenger has no new injury concerns ahead of Sunday’s trip to Sunderland but could choose to freshen up his Arsenal XI
The Gunners boss saw his side come through unscathed after Thursday night’s victory over West Brom although he does have a decision to make on whether to include Jack Wilshere in his squad for the first time this season after the midfielder recovered from a broken fibula.
Danny Welbeck, Francis Coquelin and Theo Walcott will be hoping they can work their way into Wenger’s starting line-up, having been on the bench for the win over Albion.
Santi Cazorla (Achilles) and Tomas Rosicky (thigh) are back in training but not expected to feature, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee) is out.
Provisional squad: Ospina, Cech, Monreal, Gibbs, Gabriel, Chambers, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Bellerin, Ramsey, Elneny, Wilshere, Ozil, Reine-Adelaide, Iwobi, Sanchez, Campbell, Walcott, Welbeck, Giroud.
