The east London club have been granted planning permission by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to install the largest digital screen in Europe on the outside of their new home in Stratford.

The screen will be 83m wide by 12m high and, according to the club, will be flanked by fabric panels similar to those used at the Emirates and Wembley.

Fans will be shown clips from classic matches and recent games on their way into the stadium on matchdays.

The Hammers‘ first match at their new ground is likely to be a Europa League qualifying match, either on July 28 or August 4.
