The Senegal-born player only cost the Turkish side £300,000 when he joined them back in August 2015 from FK Blodo/Glimt in Norway so an £8m move represents a massive profit for the club.
N’Diaye, who netted seven times last season in the Super Lig, has already said he will be on his way this summer and appears to have set his heart on a move to the Premier League.
He said: “I will definitely leave Turkey. My new team will be in the Premier League.”
