West Ham 3 NK Domzale 0 (agg 4-2): Hammers open new stadium with easy win

In the first game since their summer switch from Upton Park, the Hammers saw off Slovenian minnows NK Domzale to ensure a winning start to life at the London Stadium and keep their European campaign alive.

Slaven Bilic’s side went into the game trailing 2-1 from the first leg last week and Kouyate helped settle the nerves of the 50,000-plus crowd just eight minutes in.

The Senegalese powerhouse showed a deft touch to neatly flick home Sam Byram’s cross, giving the hosts the perfect start.
