Check out this cruel April Fools’ Day prank by Manchester City.
City TV staff were in on a joke on their colleague, Nicola McCarthy, along with the injured Fabian Delph.
Crocked star Delph reacted angrily to McCarthy’s question about his latest problem. The England midfielder then responded angrily.
He said: “You lot like to ask a lot of questions about injuries.
“I thought City TV was supposed to be different?”
He then stormed out while Nicola was left genuinely stunned. Her colleague followed Delph while the poor club journalist sighed and wondered what she had done wrong.
The 26-year-old returned to a flood of apologies, replying: “I’m not doing anything else for City TV…April Fools!”
Delph was then the one apologising – see above!
