WATCH: All Chelsea’s goals from 4-2 win over Werder Bremen, featuring strikes from Hazard, Oscar and Costa

Chelsea ended their pre-season campaign in style with a 4-2 win over Bundesliga side Werder Bremen.

Having looked impressive under Antonio Conte so far this summer, the Blues took their performance levels up another notch in Germany, showing the kind of form that could win them the Premier League.

Eden Hazard opened the scoring and Oscar doubled the lead early on – both grabbing their third goal of pre-season – before Werder pulled one back from the penalty spot – ex-Blue Claudio Pizarro converting the spot kick.

Diego Costa quickly restored the two-goal lead, and the second-half saw a raft of changes, before Lennart Thy managed to pull the result back to 3-2. Pedro grabbed the final goal for the game in the dying minutes, again restoring the two-goal lead.

You can watch all the Chelsea goals below, as they impressed in their final pre-season outing…
