Video: Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte scoring for Juventus against Manchester United

Antonio Conte is set to become Chelsea’s new manager in the summer after it was confirmed on Tuesday morning that he will leave his current post as Italy boss following the 2016 European Championship.

He has built an excellent reputation as a coach, leading Juventus to three successive Serie A titles before being tempted to take charge of his national team.

He was also a top player in his day, making more than 400 appearances for Juve over a 13-year period and winning a host of major honours.

And, though Conte was not renowned for his goalscoring prowess, he did score against Chelsea’s bitter rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford during a Champions League clash in 1999.
