Lazio are leading the chase to sign West Ham striker Enner Valencia, who is expected to exit this summer.
Reports in Italy suggest Lazio are very keen on the Ecuador international, who has been made available for transfer by boss Slaven Bilic over the window.
Bilic is on the lookout for at least one new top-quality frontman and when a new man arrives, Valencia will more than likely be sold on.
Valencia still has three years left on his Hammers deal but the club are expected to accept bids in the region of £10million for the 26-year-old, who cost just under £13million two years ago.
Lazio are also thought to be open to a loan deal with an option to buy at the end of next season but West Ham, who are 80/1 with Titan Bet to win the Premier League next season, are eager to sort out a permanent transfer and are aware other clubs are interested in Valencia too.
Valencia has struggled with injury at times when at West Ham but has only managed eight Premier League goals from 51 appearances when he has been on the pitch.
