Swansea are reported to be lining up a move for Leicester City striker Leonardo Ulloa although the Foxes are reluctant to sell.
The Swans only have one recognised striker at the club in the form of Bafetimbi Gomis and there is a good chance he could be on the move this summer.
Reports are now rife suggesting Swans boss Francesco Guidolin is keen on Ulloa, who played his part in Leicester’s remarkable Premier League title success last season.
The 29-year-old stepped in for the suspended Jamie Vardy and scored three crucial goals in the last five games but could find first-team chances hard to come by next season.
Leicester have broken their transfer record to sign Ahmed Musa, which will push Ulloa down the pecking order, and a switch to the Liberty Stadium cannot be ruled out.
