Harry Kane is the subject of renewed interest from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich after spearheading Tottenham’s title challenge. (London Evening Standard)

Tottenham have dropped their interest in Fulham striker Moussa Dembele. The 19-year-old was close to signing for the White Hart Lane club in January only for the £6million deal to fall through when Fulham insisted he stay with them on loan. His representatives had expected Tottenham to retain their interest and make a move this summer but the club have opted to look elsewhere. (Daily Mail)​

Ilkay Gundogan is on the verge of joining Manchester City – with his current employers at Borussia Dortmund refusing to deny a deal is imminent. The 25-year-has already agreed a five-year contract – with an official bid of around €30m expected soon. (Manchester Evening News)

Big-spending Manchester City have jumped to the front of the queue of clubs in for John Stones. City are increasingly confident they will be able to land the £40m-rated England defender if Everton do decide to sell this summer. (Daily Mirror)

Manchester United are ready to make a triple transfer gift to welcome Jose Mourinho as their new manager. Benfica star Renato Sanches and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are in the club’s sights as the Old Trafford board attempts to give Mourinho a squad ready to challenge for the Premier League title. And Mourinho has also indicated Everton defender John Stones is the third player he wants as the central part of his rebuilding plans when he takes over from Louis van Gaal. (The Sun)

Michael Carrick has been told the club DO want to give him a new deal – but he will still have to wait until the Manchester United manager’s position is clarified.  The 34-year-old United midfield stalwart, who is out of contract in the summer, was concerned that the club were not going to offer him an extension but has now been assured over his future. Chelsea are lining up a summer move for Southampton keeper Fraser Forster. First choice Thibaut Courtois has cast doubt over his Chelsea future and now the club’s scouts are targeting England international Forster. (Daily Mirror)

Chelsea are refusing to give up on signing Atletico Madrid marksman Antoine Griezmann. The 25-year-old Atletico Madrid star has scored 29 goals in 46 appearances for his club in all competitions this season. Despite the fact that they will not be taking part in next season’s Champions League,Chelsea are set to offer Griezmann a lucrative deal in a bid to tempt him away from Atletico this summer. Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has been urged to complete a transfer to Bayern Munich by his Chile team-mate Arturo Vidal. (Metro)

Bournemouth have moved to steal a march on Norwich for non-league star Ashley Nadesan. The 22-year-old Horley Town striker has scored 55 goals this season and was due to go to Norwich City on trial.  However, Bournemouth have invited him to take part in training this week and he went there on Monday so they could take a closer look.
