Manchester United are closing in on a club record £80m deal for Paul Pogba. The France midfielder is in advanced talks with the Old Trafford outfit and could seal the deal once Euro 2016 is over. Pogba, 23, was on Real Madrid’s radar but wants to link up with Jose Mourinho and return to the club that amazingly let him leave for nothing in 2012. (Daily Star)

Diego Costa has rocked Chelsea by demanding a £40m return to Atletico Madrid. Costa has told the club he wants to go despite Antonio Conte’s arrival – and Atletico have already made their move for the Spain star.
