Stoke and West Ham target Manolo Gabbiadini is settled at Napoli, according to his agent.
The striker was in and out of the team last season and it has led to speculation he could be off this summer.
Stoke and West Ham are both fans of the Italian – and the Potters failed with a £19m bid back in June.
But now Gabbiadini looks set to stay in Napoli after his agent, Silvio Pagliari, revealed he is ready to become the club’s main striker.
“Fiorentina? We never thought of such a solution. After the departure of [Gonzalo] Higuain, I don’t see the point in leaving Napoli,” Pagliari told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“Mentally, Manolo is stronger than others and he’s someone that, in a transfer situation, reacts this way.
“The situation has changed, things change if you’re not competing with a superstar in training and matches.”
