Arsenal and Chelsea have been told to forget about signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
The centre-back shone in Serie A last season and a number of clubs would love to snap him up this summer.
Both Arsenal and Chelsea are tracking the 24-year-old and it was thought he could be on the move if someone forked out over £23m.
But, according to Il Mattino, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has told interested clubs that Koulibaly is not for sale.
The Senegal international still has three years to run on his contract in Naples and the club believe there is no need to sell.
