Everton manager Ronald Koeman is prepared to sell John Stones to Manchester City in a player plus cash deal.
The Toffees value Stones at £50m but are willing to accept striker Wilfried Bony, valued at £15m, as part of the deal, according to The Sun.
Bony scored just nine goals in 34 games last season but has failed to hold down a starting sport since moving from Swansea in January 2015.
If Bony was to move to Goodison Park, it could make it easier for Chelsea in their pursuit of re-signing Romelu Lukaku.
But Koeman is keen to keep Lukaku at the club and have both him and Bony at his disposal.
