Hull City and Sunderland are battling it out for Saint Etienne defender Florentin Pogba.
The 26-year-old, who is the older brother of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, has long been linked with a move to England.
The centre-back was in talks with Aston Villa over a potential switch last summer – but talks collapsed over personal terms.
However Pogba could finally be on his way to the Premier League as, according to Foot Mercato, Hull and Sunderland are fighting for his signature.
The pair are both in the market for defenders and have singled out the Guinea international as a prime target.
Saint Etienne, however, are reluctant to sell Pogba – especially as they are already light in numbers at the heart of their defence.
