The 25-year-old Senegal international has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this summer, while Everton are also monitoring the player’s future and are ready to submit a mega bid.
Napoli are still trying to tie Koulibaly down to a new contract but the centre-back’s agent, Bruno Satin, insists his client has already made up his mind.
He told Radio CRC: “The desire of the player is still to leave, not to renew, also because the signals from the club are not a motivation for the player.
“They say he is a great player, but their offer doesn’t reflect that.
“Last year they wanted to send him away, saying that he is not focused, but last season he showed all of his qualities.”
