Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has promised that more players are ready to commit themselves to the club by signing new contracts.
Both Christian Eriksen and Eric Dier have recently agreed new long-term deals, to go with the five-year extension Pochettino penned in May.
And now the Spurs boss has promised that more of the club’s key players are prepared to negotiate fresh terms.
“Always it is important to keep your best players and your English talent,” said Pochettino.
“That is very important for the club and project. I think it is fantastic news [that Dier has signed a new contract].
“I can promise that maybe in the next few days appears another player with the same news that happened with Christian Eriksen and Eric Dier.”
