Hull City are among the clubs showing an interest in Slovakia international midfielder Patrik Hrosovsky.
The 24-year-old Viktoria Plzen midfielder started in Slovakia’s Euro 2016 Group B clash with Wales, but was dropped for the next game against Russia, and was again an unused substitute during Monday night’s goalless draw with England.
However that is not stopping reports suggesting Hull boss Steve Bruce is keen to do a deal as he looks to bolster his midfield for next season’s Premier League campaign.
Bruce will face competition for his services though as West Bromwich Albion and Burnley are also keen and had him watched when Slovakia lost to Wales.
Hrosovsky, who is under contract until 2017 and is valued in the region of £3million, says he expects his future to be resolved once his country’s involvement is over.
“My dream is to play in a major foreign league,” he said. “I’m regularly in contact with my agent, but we both agreed that it would be best to keep these things in the background until the end of the European Championships.”
