Hull could face competition from a number of Chinese Super League clubs as they bid to wrap up a deal for Raul Bobadilla.
The Tigers have been chasing the FC Augsburg striker since winning promotion back to the Premier League and reports claim that transfer talks are ongoing.
However, a deal has yet to be concluded with the Paraguay international and while that is the case the door is open for rival clubs to offer him a more lucrative deal.
One such club could be Chinese outfit Guangzhou, who could be prepared to offer the player a bumper 3m euros per season to turn his back on the Premier League and head to the Far East.
The Chinese club have cash to burn and Hull boss Steve Bruce will have to move quickly to ensure Bobadilla is not tempted by Guangzhou’s offer.
