“I have got a lot of 90-minute matches under my belt, so if I’m picked I’m ready”

“My fitness is fine. I came off the back of the Euros in the summer so was pretty fit at the start of the season.

“I’ve played games for Wales, and also in Under 21 games for Swansea. I have got a lot of 90-minute matches under my belt, so if I’m picked I’m ready.

“I don’t see it as a new beginning. I will work just the same way as I was, but of course my intention is to be playing regularly again.

“I’m looking forward to meeting the new manager because he seems a really exciting person and the lads have been telling me his training is really good.”
