Should they be successful, Swansea winger Dyer will be among those rewarded with a medal having made 12 league appearances since moving to the King Power Stadium on loan in August.

The 28-year-old will not be able to feature against his parent club, who were beaten 3-0 by Newcastle last weekend, as part of the loan agreement.

And with Leicester missing suspended striker Jamie Vardy, Cork sees no reason why Swansea cannot play a key role in deciding the outcome of a thrilling title race.
