Franck Tabanou has joined La Liga club Granada on loan for the rest of the season, while Marvin Emnes has also joined Blackburn.
French left-back Tabanou only pledged his future to the club on Tuesday, but will now spend the rest of the campaign with the top-flight Spanish side after securing a Deadline Day move.
The 27-year-old made three appearances for the Swans last season after arriving from St Etienne, before returning to the French club on a five-month loan spell in January.
Meanwhile, 28-year-old forward Emnes has moved to Ewood Park on a loan deal until January 15. Emnes began his career at Sparta Rotterdam and moved to Middlesbrough for £3.2m in July 2008.
He moved to Swansea on a permanent deal in July 2014 following two successful loan spells.
