Swansea are reported to have opened talks with Queens Park Rangers over a permanent deal for Leroy Fer.
Fer impressed while on loan at the Liberty Stadium last season and Swans boss Francesco Guidolin is keen to bring him back for another spell, preferably on a permanent basis.
QPR are also keen to get the Dutchman off the wage bill and a deal is expected to go through in the coming weeks if the two clubs can agree on a fee.
The Hoops splashed out £8million to sign Fer from Norwich City, but considering the player has just 12 months remaining on his current deal, they will make a huge loss.
However they are keen to sell now rather than lose him for nothing in 12 months and the Swans could pick up a bargain.
