Players to Watch

PAUL HETHERINGTON

JONATHAN LEKO at West Brom. Only 17 but an exciting attacking talent with pace, skill and confi dence. He gave a glimpse of what he could do when he made his Premier League debut in April’s 0-0 draw with Sunderland. There are big things to come from Leko, who became the 15th youngest player to make his Premier League debut at 16 years and 344 days.

STEVE MILLAR

ANTHONY MARTIAL He was explosive this this term but he will be even better next year, which will make his £36million fee seem as cheap as chips.

HARRY PRATT

WEST BROM’S Jonathan Leko. The playmaker (right) is electric, with dazzling feet and the ability to create havoc at the highest level. The England Under-17s star has already made a mark on the fi rst team and has only just turned 17 too.

TONY STENSON

WEST HAM’S Michail Antonio. His manager Slaven Bilic spoke for many when he said he thought Antonio should have gone to the Euros. The winger, 26, who started at Tooting & Mitcham United, has a real rags-to-riches story, similar to Leicester striker Jamie Vardy. Both grubbed around in non-league football and at lower league clubs for years before fi nally making the big time.
