Romelu Lukaku’s agent has cast more doubt on the striker’s future at Everton, saying he’s “ready to play for the best European teams”.
It is not the first time Mino Raiola has touted his player for a move to one of the biggest clubs in Europe and there appears to be some sort of pattern as last week Lukaku himself gave an interview where he said how much he wanted to play Champions League football next term.
Lukaku has banged in 25 goals in all competitions this season, which has not gone unnoticed across Europe, but Everton are in no rush to sell with indications that he would not be allowed to move for less than £50m.
When asked about his client’s potential, Raiola is reported to have said: “He’ll be even better. It all depends on his work, a bit of luck, and making the right choices.
“Potential-wise, he’s already to play in the best European teams.”
