Tottenham target Max Kruse admits he does not know what the future holds but has suggested a move away from Wolfsburg could happen.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is being heavily linked with a move for the forward and reports earlier in the week claimed he had handed in a transfer request to try and push through a deal.
Kruse would not confirm whether or not he has requested to leave, but his future seems to be up in the air and Spurs are waiting to pounce should he leave.
“There is already much discussed in recent days, in terms of a possible change of mine,” Krus told reporters. “I do not rule out. I say in all honesty, it is possible.
“I myself am very curious to see what happens. I really do not know yet.”
Kruse could be available for a similar fee to the 12million euros (£9.5m) Wolfsburg paid Borussia Monchengladbach last summer, and Spurs are willing to match it.
Pochettino wants another forward to take the pressure off Harry Kane, and Kruse could be that man.
