Dele Alli believes Spurs have a potentially lethal strike-force with new-boy Vincent Janssen complementing Harry Kane.
Alli, Kane and summer signing from AZ Alkmaar Janssen all played together for the first time in Friday’s 6-1 pre-season hammering of Inter Milan.
The trio all looked good in the warm-up clash in Norway, with Kane scoring twice and Alli and Janssen both also on target, and Alli is pleased with the side’s attacking options.
On Janssen, he said: “He’s a great player and showed what he’s got to offer. He scored a goal, and for mine I just played it to him, he laid it off and I put it in the back of the net.”
Alli then added about Kane: “I’m also pleased for Harry. You know what you’re going to get with him. You know he’s going to score goals whoever he plays against and it’s two great finishes for him and I’m sure he’ll be delighted.”
