Spanish sides are reportedly lining up to sign Southampton striker Juanmi this summer with Real Betis, Malaga and Las Palmas all keen.
The 22-year-old has struggled for regular action this season under boss Ronald Koeman after arriving from Malaga nearly 12 months ago, making 12 Premier League appearances but failing to score in the top flight.
The Spaniard has largely played a bit-part role at St Mary’s as he’s struggled to usurp the likes of Shane Long, Charlie Austin and Graziano Pelle in the pecking order.
As a result, and with Jay Rodriguez also now fit again, Juanmi’s spell on the south coast looks like coming to an end this summer with a return to Spain his likely destination.
Old club Malaga were thought to be leading the way to re-sign him but reports now say Betis, Las Palmas and Real Sociedad are all also interested.
Juanmi arrived with a good reputation after scoring eight goals for Malaga in La Liga and he then went on to make his full Spain debut last May but he has seemingly struggled to adapt to life in England. Saints are said to be willing to let him go for just £3million despite paying just over £5million for his services last summer.
