The Croat became a father for the fourth time earlier in the week when partner Ivana gave birth to the couple’s second daughter.
But Bilic admits his mind is filled with nothing but plans to improve his side’s dreadful start to the season.
The Hammers will kick off at home to Southampton tomorrow as the Premier League’s bottom club if Stoke and Sunderland both win today, so Baby Bilic must wait to get daddy’s full attention.
He said: “I said to my assistants that I feel very strange because I got a baby girl a few days ago and I think totally about football.
“That’s not good! Of course I adore her and for her I would walk on my knees to Australia.
“But when they asked me if I gave her a name I said, ‘Name? No I still haven’t’. That’s football, I have a job to do.”
