West Brom are preparing an audacious move for Liverpool flop Christian Benteke, according to reports.
The striker moved to Anfield last summer from Aston Villa after the Reds shelled out £32.5m.
But since the switch, the 25-year-old has struggled for form and, after scoring just eight goals this season, there has been talk he will be shipped out.
And, according to Belgian newspaper La Derniere Heure, West Brom are ready to take Benteke off Liverpool’s hands.
Baggies boss Tony Pulis is a huge fan of the striker and believes he could be tempted to head back to the Midlands.
