West Brom are set to swoop for West Ham forward Diafra Sakho this summer after he revealed a desire to leave.
The Hammers reportedly have £30million set aside to bring in a new front man and have been linked with Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette and AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca.
Sakho is understood to have told boss Slaven Bilic he wants to leave with his opportunities likely to be limited when they move to the Olympic Stadium.
The Baggies are hoping to take advantage of the situation as they look to bolster their attacking options and will register an official interest in the coming weeks.
Saido Berahino’s future at the Hawthorns still looks uncertain, while West Brom allowed Victor Anichebe to leave at the conclusion of last term.
Tony Pulis sees Sakho as a man to potentially challenge Salomon Rondon in the front line but will face competition from Sunderland.
