Chelsea are being linked with a move for AS Roma defender Antonio Rudiger as Antonio Conte looks to bolster his defence.
Rumours are rife that the Chelsea boss is keen to sign two new central defenders in the January transfer window, with Gary Cahill tipped to head out.
Burnley defender Michael Keane appears to be a top target, with a £25million bid reported to be in the pipeline, but Conte has other targets and Rudiger is said to be one of them.
The central defender is back in the Roma side after recovering from a serious knee injury and Chelsea will monitor his progress before launching a bid in January.
Meanwhile, reports continue to suggest that Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann is a target, with Conte willing to pay £85million for the France international forward.
