The Three Lions face the Turks in the first of three friendlies as part of their final preparations for the Euros.
Hodgson wants Alli to get some game time under his belt following his self-inflicted lay-off and is expected to name him in his starting XI.
He will also be able to call on Gary Cahill, who has shrugged of a knock picked up against Leicester on the final day of the league season.
Cahill missed training earlier this week, leaving Hodgson with John Stones as his only available centre-back because Chris Smalling is on FA Cup final duty with Manchester United.
In a further boost to Hodgson’s plans, Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has joined up with England early as he seeks to finish an injury-scarred season on a high.
The midfielder met up with the international squad soon after arriving back in the country following Liverpool’s Europa League Final defeat to Seville on Wednesday.
Henderson did not feature in the final having recently returned from a knee injury but could be named on the bench for tomorrow’s friendly with Turkey.
