Antonio Conte wants to make Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan his first signing when he takes over at Chelsea, claim reports in Italy.
Conte is expected to be announced as the new Chelsea boss before the end of the season and is in line to take over at Stamford Bridge when his contract with Italian national team expires after Euro 2016.
The 46-year-old is known to be a big admirer of the Nainggolan, having watched him regularly in Serie A, and is keen for him to link up with compatriot Eden Hazard at Chelsea.
According to Sky Italia, Chelsea have already made contact with Roma about Nainggolan’s availability this summer but may face competition from Juventus.
Chelsea remain confident of landing the 27-year-old but Juventus will be prepared to enter a bidding war with the Blues should Paul Pogba depart in the summer.
