Roma are ready to make a move for Radamel Falcao, who will return to Monaco once his loan spell with Chelsea comes to an end.
Reports claim the Colombia international is currently looking for seven million euros a year despite struggling to maintain his form, and he will have to lower those demand to have any chance of a deal.
Falcao suffered a serious knee injury in 2014 and he has failed to deliver at both Manchester United and Chelsea, and the Blues will not be looking to extend the deal in the summer.
However, reports in Italy have claimed that Roma bosses are running out of patience with forward Edin Dzeko, and Falcao is their preferred replacement.
Falcao has a non-EU passport and is demanding plenty of money, but Roma are reportedly ready to make their move if he changes his demands.
