Brendan Rodgers is being heavily linked with a return to Swansea, but the club say they will not make a decision until the summer.
Rodgers is currently out of work after being axed by Liverpool at the back end of last year, but there is a good chance he could be back in the Liberty Stadium hot seat in the not too distant future.
Swansea made an attempt to lure Rodgers back after parting company with Garry Monk, but the timing was all wrong and chairman Huw Jenkins was forced to turn to Francesco Guidolin instead.
The Italian is expected to part company with Swansea at the end of the season and reports are rife that Rodgers is now ready to return to football management and Swansea.
Rodgers has not been short of offers over the last six months, and there is a chance more opportunities will present themselves over the coming weeks, but Swansea appear to be in the box seat.
However the focus remains on securing Premier League survival, and once that is achieved, a decision on the future of Guidolin and Rodgers will be made.
