Reading forward Hal Robson-Kanu is an injury doubt for Wales’ forthcoming Euro 2014 warm-up games against Northern Ireland and Ukraine.
The 26-year-old will be assessed after he limped off with a leg injury during Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Cardiff.
Defender Neil Taylor missed Swansea City’s 1-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday because of a dead leg.
But the 27-year-old is expected to be fit for Thursday’s game with Northern Ireland at Cardiff City Stadium.
“He was almost ready on Friday but I preferred to stop him because he is an international player with games coming up,” said Swansea manager Francesco Guidolin.
“He has had a heavy season so I felt it best not to risk him. He will be fit for Wales.”
Reading manager Brian McDermott said Robson-Kanu was also doubtful for their next Championship game at Bolton on 2 April.
Robson-Kanu missed November’s 3-2 friendly defeat by the Netherlands because of an ankle injury.
After Northern Ireland, Wales face Ukraine four days later, although forward Gareth Bale has been left out of the squad in a joint decision between the Football Association of Wales and his club Real Madrid.
They are without Aaron Ramsey, James Collins, Andy King, Paul Dummett and David Edwards through injury and illness.
