Wolves have re-signed Richard Stearman from Fulham on loan for the rest of the season.
The defender only left Molineux for Craven Cottage last year but has been brought back by new manager Walter Zenga.
“It feels amazing to be back. I think everybody knows what this club means to me,” he told Wolves’ official site.
“When I heard there was a chance it could happen, I didn’t want to let it pass up. I told my agent to make it happen whatever it takes and here I am.
“I’m delighted to be here, ready to crack on and hopefully can help to get us promoted. I know people say not to go back in life but why would I not want to come back?”
Stearman made 32 appearances for Fulham last season and has played twice for the London side this term.
The 29-year-old spent seven years at Wolves between 2008 and 2015 and played in the Premier League, Sky Bet Championship and Sky Bet League One for the club.
