According to reports in Wales, Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin could be allowed to leave the club at the end of the campaign.
The Italian only arrived at the Liberty Stadium two months ago and his appointment came as a shock to the club’s fans.
However, he made an immediate impact before being taken to hospital ahead of his side’s clash against Arsenal earlier this month. He missed the clash with the Gunners and Norwich before being able to continue his recovery at home.
The former Udinese boss also missed Saturday’s 3-2 defeat to Bournemouth and reports now suggest that Swansea may look elsewhere this summer, despite the fact he is set to return to the dugout against Aston Villa next weekend.
He has a contract until the end of the campaign but his ongoing health issues may see them go in search of a new boss in the coming months.
