Liverpool centre half Martin Skrtel is close to completing his move to Turkish outfit Fenerbahce according the their President.
The Reds defender has been busy in France with Slovakia for the Euro 2016 finals but now their contribution is over after they went out to Germany.
The 31-year-old does not look to be part of manager Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the future at Anfield so he will be on his way and Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim said the deal for the Reds man is almost done, along with a deal to land Paris Saint-Germain right back Gregory van der Wiel.
“Van der Wiel and Slovak Skrtel transfers are almost done,” Fenerbahce president Yildirim told AMK Spor.
