The former Bolton stopper has only had one season at Anfield and made just six appearances, with just two of those being in the Premier League, and now the 28-year-old could be on his way.

The Reds have brought in Loris Karius from Germany to challenge Simon Mignolet and they also have an option on former Arsenal keeper Alex Manninger, so the chances of first-team football appear slim for Bogdan and a move may well be his best option.

Meanwhile, Reds keeper Danny Ward has agreed a new five-year deal at Anfield but the arrival of Karius has seen him pushed down the pecking order, so he has been allowed to join Huddersfield on loan for the upcoming season.
