Real Madrid are confident they will beat the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United to the signing of £65m-rated Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Borussia Dortmund striker is enjoying a sensational run of form in front of goal this season, scoring 32 goals in 36 appearances.
The Gabon international’s form has raised eyebrows across Europe and Dortmund are bracing themselves for an influx of offers for the forward in the summer.
Arsenal are on the hunt for a striker and Arsene Wenger is understood to be a huge fan of Aubameyang. Elsewhere, United and Chelsea are also monitoring the striker’s situation and have scouted the 26-year-old on several occasions.
But, according to Bild, Real are the frontrunners to land Aubameyang during the summer transfer window and the player is understood to be favouring a move to the Bernabeu.
