Crystal Palace are said to be interested in Reading’s Aaron Tshibola, who was the subject of a recent failed £2m bid from Norwich.
The 21-year-old’s future is the subject of mounting speculation amid reports the Royals have turned down several offers for the midfielder, including a sizeable bid from the Canaries at the weekend.
Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Scottish champions Celtic have also been credited with an interest in Tshibola, who missed the last two months of the season after suffering a serious groin injury.
Reading are reluctant to lose him and will put up a fight to keep the midfielder, who has a contract at the Madjeski Stadium until 2019.
If Palace are serious about Tshibola, then they may have the edge on their rivals due to their Premier League status, although Celtic will hope the chance to play Champions League football could swing the fight for his signature in their favour.
