The Blues had less players involved than many of their Premier League rivals, and none of them made it to the tail end of the tournament.


England’s Gary Cahill and Spain trio Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Cesar Azpilicueta both left at the round of 16, while the club’s Belgium contingent made it to the quarter-finals before Wales upset them.

That’s the same stage as new boss Antonio Conte made it to with Italy, and we’ve rated his performance too.
