Ranieri insists ‘little’ Leicester are still in title fight with Tottenham and Arsenal

“This was a fantastic match and I am very pleased with the performance – just the goal was lacking,” he said. “We created a lot of chances and were a little unlucky.

“I have told the players we are alive and our spirit is ready to fight again. I am happy. You cannot always get three points.” Ranieri insisted the pressure remains on the shoulders of the big teams as they title race hots up. Spurs can knock the Foxes off top spot tonight on goal difference with victory against West Ham.

“Arsenal, Tottenham and [Manchester] City are in place to fight for the title and there is a little Leicester to fight against them.” Asked whether he still thought of Leicester as minnows, he added: “Remember where we started.” Midfielder Andy King admitted there was frustration in the Leicester dressing room after a game he felt they should have won.
