West Brom boss Tony Pulis was at Derby on Tuesday night to scout Hull City’s Andrew Robertson and Jake Livermore, claims The Telegraph.
Pulis was spotted at the Championship clash on a scouting mission with it initially thought he would have gone home impressed by the Rams side that thumped their promotion rivals 4-0.
However, the Telegraph claims Pulis was there to see Scotland international left-back Robertson and former England Under-21 midfielder Livermore, although neither stood out on the night.
Pulis tried to sign Livermore, 26, for Crystal Palace in 2014 and is understood to have followed his career since, despite his well-documented off-field troubles.
Robertson, 22, is arguably the best left-back in the Football League but left the fray with an injury on 50 minutes.
