Sometimes the width of the post or crossbar is the difference between winning and losing but how about the difference in lifting a trophy or suffering relegation?

Fans moan and moan about not getting the luck of other teams when a shot ricochets off the post instead of nestling into the side-netting, but who is benefitting most from this?

Would Leicester still be storming the Premier League at the top or would they be overhauled if all shots that hit the woodwork counted as goals?
